I’ve ordered twice on the Firehouse Subs online and both times my order was perfectly ready when I arrived at the appointed time. She had me taken care of (the drive through, sooo much easier for a sub) and on my way home to enjoy our delicious food!!! The only thing I would add is that 4-5 of my orders out of approximately 15 visits so far, it would be nice if the employees would ask you for your phone number so you can get your credits, I’ve forgotten to add some larger meals.
